Well it is finally here! Our first giveaway! I am so excited to be doing this particular giveaway because I absolutely love to make hand-made items and You can Make This. The nice people at You Can Make This asked me to review the Personalized Name Pillows e-book from Kimberbell Kids. I immediately said yes because I knew that my two little girls would love to have one of their own. This is a great item that looks like a million bucks but costs you very little.

The great thing about ebooks from You Can Make This is that you can easily download your item from a secure website and begin creating tonight. The Personalized Name Pillow book includes the pattern, alphabet upper and lower case cut-outs and easy instructions. What more could you ask for? Pictures? Why yes there are photos that go with each step to give you a better understanding of what you are doing. This ebook is written with the beginner in mind but has the opportunity to showcase the advanced techniques as well. I have made two of these pillows for birthday gifts. The hardest and longest part of the whole process was choosing the fabric! Everything is explained well and all directions can be followed easily. Do you have an embroidery machine?
